Pharmaceutical bottle cap testing machine
The inspection machine is equipped with a waterfall type cap cutting machine, from cap cutting to inspection to counting and packaging are all automated.
The system detects and rejects deformation, flying edge, black spot, missing material, gasket and other defects of caps online.
The inspection position can be selected from the top, bottom, inner/outer wall circumference of the cap.
