Empowering Growth, Building Excellence Together - The 2025 Customer Training Conference Concludes Successfully!

The three-day 42nd session of Yuzhen Technology's customer training, held from December 24 to 26, 2025, successfully concluded at the Suzhou headquarters! With the completion of this training session, Yuzhen Technology's 2025 annual customer AI application engineer training program also came to a perfect end!



In 2022, Yuzhen Technology took the lead in launching an exclusive offline customer training service within the industry, becoming the first enterprise in the industry to deploy technology-enabled services. After four years of deep cultivation, with over 40 training sessions accurately implemented, we have helped more than 200 partner companies cultivate over 400 AI application engineers, truly transforming our core technological advantages into visible business growth momentum for our customers.



Yuzhen Technology has always been deeply committed to meeting customer needs, implementing and refining every training session, and has received widespread praise from customers. At the beginning of 2025, the training service territory was further expanded, and courses were simultaneously offered outside the Suzhou headquarters at the Guangdong branch. By the end of 2025, Yuzhen Technology had tailored AI application training sessions specifically for strategic partners. With over 20 participants, the training team went deep into the customers' production workshops to conduct hands-on practical teaching. The practical training, centered around real application scenarios, was more vertical and efficient compared to traditional computer-based teaching.



Yuzhen Technology always starts from the actual needs of customers, helping partners reduce costs and increase efficiency, and empowering industrial upgrading. We have established a systematic and regular training system for equipment engineers for our partners, assisting customers in deeply mastering equipment operation and maintenance skills, and maximizing equipment efficiency.



Meanwhile, we have established a standardized after-sales response process, with a professional after-sales team on standby throughout the day to accurately meet customer needs and efficiently solve various on-site problems. From equipment delivery to long-term operation and maintenance, Yuzhen Technology provides meticulous service to ensure the smooth operation of customers' production operations.



On the basis of deeply cultivating offline training courses, Yuzhen Technology has simultaneously established an online training matrix, relying on the exclusive mini-program "Yushitong" to upload customized customer training videos. From regular equipment operation to daily maintenance skills, customers can conveniently learn through the mini-program, helping them efficiently master product usage skills.
